Baybe is a new artist to me and a true artist as she plays every instrument on her songs. She is involved in the production of her music and live shows. She also works on all her design and branding. She is based in Nashville, Tennessee, and has been playing in a range of genres and bands over the years. Apparently she started her musical journey as a voice-over artist for children’s dolls. Now that is delightfully weird, right? Her new single “Pretty Gay!” has a feel of Billie Eilish and tiLLie about it, but it is totally BAYBE, It is a dark song about relationships and the track haunts you for long after you listen to it.
